Uninsured/Self Pay

Please notice that we do have usual and customary rates for all services rendered. However, when a patient is uninsured (does not have private insurance or public aid) she may be given a global uninsured price for abortion or gynecological visits.

The global uninsured price for surgical abortion includes admitting, pre-operative examination, lab work (pregnancy test, hematocrit, Rh type), sonogram, RhoGAM (if necessary), surgical room and supplies, routine post-operative medication, routine pathology report, surgeon charges, anesthesia charges, post-operative check-up, 24-hour on-call telephone service and all routine post-operative care provided by or authorized by FPA.

The global uninsured price for abortion pill procedure includes pregnancy testing, admitting, history and physical, ultrasound, lab work, MicRhoGAM (if required), medications required for the procedure, your follow-up visit, and any additional care as authorized by us. The fee does not include pain medications.

The global uninsured price for well-woman care includes a physical exam, pap smear, breast exam, gonorrhea and chlamydia testing, and urinalysis.
